525 Conductive Nickel Powders are a high purity filamentary powder made from the thermal decomposition of nickel carbonyl. They are screened to remove large/agglomerated particles. Two versions are available, 525 B and 525 LD.​

525 Nickel Powders are used in conductive coatings, adhesives and inks. The powder’s excellent corrosion resistance, good conductive properties and unique filamentary shape make 525 Nickel Powders very effective in electromagnetic and radio frequency shielding products.

Novamet’s Dendritic Copper is used as a thermal conductive binder in high performance abrasive products, such as diamond cutting tools. The dendritic nature of the copper provides additional strength in the matrix which cannot be obtained with spherical shaped copper powders.

In addition, dendritic copper provides good heat transfer capabilities which are necessary to take heat away from the cutting edge, a needed attribute for cutting tool applications. The removal of heat during operation prolongs the life of these tools.

4SP & SNP Nickel Powder are high purity smooth spherical powders. It is available screened -400 and also in three air-classified fractions: -10 microns, -20+10 microns and +20 microns.

4SP & SNP Nickel Powders are ideal for making Powder Metal parts where high sintered density and controlled shrinkage are important. Type 4SP -10 is the preferred choice for the Metal Injection Molding Industry. Other 4SP applications include: welding electrodes, sintered magnets, and friction materials.
