Novamet Silver Coated Nickel Spheres are nickel particles which have been encapsulated in silver (15% by weight) by a proprietary process. The particles have conductivity and chemical stability approaching pure silver. This material has excellent corrosion resistance and is stable when used as filler in silicone elastomers.

Silver coated nickel is used as a conductive filler in elastomers, adhesives and inks to provide conductive paths for shielding against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.

Nickel Coated Graphite is produced from a graphite powder that has been completely encapsulated with a layer of high purity nickel. Two versions are available, 60% and 75% nickel weight

The combination of low density graphite with a layer of conductive nickel results in a lightweight filler ideally suited for conductive gaskets [extruded,molded,sheet and Form-in-Place] and sealants. Other applications include: plasma spray , friction products and graphitic aluminum.

Precision coated & converted conductive fibers (PC2F) are highly uniform, conductive short fibers in lengths from 3mm to 100μm. PC2F is a high-performance conductive and structural fiber with superior handling properties and excellent conductivity/shielding capabilities that is both lighter and longer than typical nickel coated graphite formats.

Through a proprietary Chemical Vapor Deposition
(CVD) coating process, fibers are coated with a very thin, robust, and ductile film of pure nickel. Due to their precise lengths and easy dispersion, PC2F is a very effective and economical conductive additive. With a wide range of available nickel coating levels and lengths, our easily dispersible conductive short fiber format is perfectly suited for conductive gaskets, elastomer, sealants, adhesives, paints, and other coatings.
